Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Preparation
Orders for printed books are prepared and processed within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.

Delivery Locations and Times
We currently deliver printed books within Bahrain and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, selected shipping carrier, and shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be displayed or confirmed at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates do not include order-processing time.

Shipping Fees and Customs

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs depend on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. These fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All standard shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs and Duties: For deliveries outside Bahrain, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs charges or import taxes. Apple Green Mindful Learning has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs charges or refuses delivery, shipping fees, customs charges, and any return-to-sender costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Return and Refund Policy

Change-of-Mind Returns
At Apple Green Mindful Learning, we strive to provide high-quality educational materials. Please review your order carefully, including book titles, quantities, and delivery details, before completing your purchase.

  • Printed Books: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for printed books due to a change of mind, accidental purchase, or ordering the wrong item.
  • Digital Products (PDFs): Due to the nature of digital downloads, digital files and PDFs are non-refundable once the download link has been provided or the file has been accessed.
  • Digital products may be reviewed if the file is inaccessible, technically defective, or materially different from its description.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a printed book that is damaged during transit, misprinted, defective, incorrect, or missing from your order, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at info@applegreenlearning.com.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name and contact details
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the damage or defect, where applicable
  • Photos of the external packaging if the item was damaged during delivery

We will respond to your request within 5 business days. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, send the correct or missing item, arrange a return where necessary, or issue a full or partial refund if a replacement is unavailable or unsuitable.

Return Shipping Costs
If an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, incomplete, or affected by an error from Apple Green Mindful Learning, its printer, or the shipping carrier, we will cover reasonable return and replacement shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in any other situation where a return is accepted at our discretion.

Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account. Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.

Exclusions
This policy does not cover damage caused after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, accidents, or improper storage by the customer; normal wear and tear; books that have been substantially used, written in, altered, or damaged after delivery; or digital products that have already been downloaded or accessed, except where defective or inaccessible.
